利用宽带网络，结合GIS、GPS、RS等高新技术，建立全市统一的电子信息网络平台，打造“数字重庆”。建设覆盖全市数字视频监控工程、全市电子政务外网网络平台、统一的市级电子政务外网数据中心、市级电子政务外网应用平台，建设重庆betway88必威体育信息资源共享工程为广大农民提供便捷的信息服务方式及致富信息，促进农村信息化，提高农民的生活品质，采用先进的云计算技术实现物联网的运用。建设周期为2011年，数字重庆项目总投资约1.65亿元。目前，“数字重庆”正在进行社区信息化系统端搭建工作，终端正在研发中；政务外网正在进行技术储备。

Introduction to Project

The project plans to utilize a broadband networks combining with

GIS, GPS, RS and other high-techs, construct a unified electronic information network platform and create "digital Chongqing". It also plans to construct a surveillance system that can cover all the city's digital video and e-government extranet platform, database and application platform, to establish an information sharing system to provide convenient information service and enrichment information to peasants to improve the living quality and information technology in rural area, and to use the advanced Cloud Technology to run the internet of things. The total investment is about RMB1.65 billion. Currently, the "digital Chongqing" is building the community information systems, the terminal is being developed and the government extranet is under research.
