可开发陆域面积1.09平方公里，规划用地面积1460亩，现状用地以居住用地、港口用地、工业用地与公共设施用地、村民住宅建设用地为主。规划用地性质为公共设施用地和居住用地。公共设施占60%，住宅40%，容积率1.2，建筑密度35%，绿化率30%。项目开发主要以滨水休闲度假为主题，整体规划，开发，建成旅游休闲商务区。重点项目包括：1、长江三峡游轮中心开发项目。项目总用地面积36万平方米，地上总建筑面积38.4万平方米、地下总建筑面积7.1万平方米，容积率为1.07，总投资估算28亿元。其中，“长江三峡国际游轮中心”投资估算12亿元；“长江三峡国际游艇俱乐部”投资估算16亿人民币。2、西陵半岛商务度假区。在嫘祖庙至桃花村一带规划兴建度假宾馆，形成园林式的江景度假宾馆、商务会议中心、平湖水上游乐中心、主题betway88必威体育娱乐项目等。

Introduction to Project

The land area for developing covers 1.09kilometers with 1460mu designated for public facilities taking up 60% and residential housing taking up 40%. The floor space ratio of the designated area is 1.2, building density is 35% and vegetation coverage rate 30%. The project is to build a Recreation and Business center which includes two key sub-projects. One is the development of Cruise Center accounting for 360,000square meters. The total building area on the ground covers384,000 square meters and the underground area 71,000square meters, with the floor space ratio 1.07. The total investment is estimated to be RMB 2.8billion, 1.2billion of which is for the construction of the International Cruise Center and the left for the International Cruise Club. The other sub-project is the Xiling Peninsula Holiday Resort which includes hotels, business conference center, water park and entertainment facilities etc.
